Jeroen Van Roon

General Manager, Netherlands

Jeroen Van Roon was appointed General Manager, Netherlands in 2023, and joined the Unilabs Executive Leadership Team in May 2025.

With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, Jeroen has held executive leadership roles in several general hospitals in Amsterdam and The Hague region, including CEO of Rode Kruis Ziekenhuis, CFO of OLVG, and CEO Reinier Haga Groep. 

Prior to that he as was a partner at Dutch consulting house Boer & Croon, where he was responsible for the healthcare practice, working across the full spectrum of the Dutch healthcare system.

Jeroen holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and an Executive MBA from London Business School.
