Michal Kwiecinski

Chief Operations Officer, Radiology

Michal Kwiecinski was appointed Chief Operations Officer, Radiology in October 2025.

Michal brings extensive international experience in the healthcare and insurance industries, having previously served as Group Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Western Europe at Affidea, following senior executive roles at insurers Liberty Mutual and AXA. He started his business career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co.

Prior to joining Unilabs, Michal was a board-level advisor in strategy, transformation, and business development for several technology companies, including key players in the AI HealthTech and Insurtech sectors.

Michal holds a DSc in Mathematics from Jagiellonian University in Kraków, a PhD from Université d’Aix-Marseille in France, and an MSc from Jagiellonian University. He has conducted research at universities in Poland, France and Japan.
