Tracy Ellison

Chief Operations Officer, Core Lab

Tracy Ellison joined Unilabs as Chief Operations Officer in May 2025. 

Prior to joining Unilabs, Tracy was Managing Director at Synnovis, where she led the transformation of services and created the largest integrated pathology and laboratory network in the UK. 

Tracy has also led healthcare and laboratory services in the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, and has held senior roles in commercial organisations including Siemens, Abbott, Cepheid, and BD. 

Tracy holds a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology and a PhD in Philosophy, both from Keele University.
