Jan Hansen joined Unilabs as Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer in September 2025.

He leads the company’s Strategy, M&A, and Transformation agenda, with a focus on driving operational excellence and long-term growth.

With over 20 years of leadership experience across the pharma, healthcare, and industrial sectors, Jan has driven major restructuring programmes with significant operational impact. 

Prior to joining Unilabs, Jan served as Global Head of Procurement at a leading pharmaceutical company, where he oversaw more than $11 billion in indirect spend, managed a network of over 35,000 suppliers, and led a team of 600 associates across Europe, Mexico, India, and Malaysia.
