Claudia Dornhoefer was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2025.

Formerly the HR Head & Managing Director (Arbeitsdirektorin) at Novartis, Claudia is a highly experienced HR professional who has held several leadership roles across Asia, America, and Europe. She brings a wealth of expertise in shaping global people strategies to deliver on the overall business strategy. This includes engaging across the workforce, evolving the company culture, establishing robust talent management practices, and investing in teams & talent.

Claudia holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Universität Siegen, Germany, a Strategic HR Management accreditation from Cornell, USA and an Executive Coaching certification from INSEAD.
