Carsten Højlund

Chief Financial Officer

Carsten Højlund was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Unilabs in January 2025.

Before joining Unilabs, Carsten served as Interim Group CFO at ISS, a global leader in facility management services.

He is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years’ experience with ISS where he held several executive and senior leadership roles including Interim Group CFO, Head of Group Finance, and CFO for Global Operations and Country CFO for ISS Thailand. 

With deep expertise in strategy, financial leadership, and stakeholder management, Carsten brings a proven track record of driving sustainable performance and organisational change at global scale.

Carsten holds a Msc. in Finance from the Aarhus School of Business Aarhus, Denmark.
