Kamil Doležel

General Manager, Central and Eastern Europe

Kamil Doležel was appointed General Manager, Central & Eastern Europe in October 2023 and joined the Unilabs Executive Leadership Team in May 2025. He also serves as Chairman of the Board in the Czech Republic. 

Prior to his current role, Kamil was Country CEO of Unilabs Czech Republic from 2015 to 2023. Since 2018, he has served as Chairman of the QualityLab Association, which brings together the leading laboratory providers in the Czech Republic and focuses on renegotiating reimbursement conditions with health insurance companies and the Ministry of Health. 

Before joining Unilabs, Kamil held several senior positions at ORPEA (Senior Holding), Santé Group, and Telefónica O2, where he led large teams and strategic projects across the health and telecommunications sectors. 

Kamil holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Hradec Králové.
