A new acquisition in Switzerland
Today, Unilabs completed the acquisition of Institut d'Imagerie Médicale Caroline, headquartered in Lausanne. Established in 1974, the institute boasts modern equipment and technology. This represents a major step forward in Unilabs’s strategic and disciplined growth agenda in the French speaking part of Switzerland.

Al Annab joins Unilabs
Unilabs today signed and closed the agreement to acquire Al Annab, in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Annab Laboratories is an ISO-accredited laboratory located in the center of Abu Dhabi with numerous hospitals and clinics in the neighborhood. Established 37 years ago, Annab Laboratories has 20 insurance contracts including Daman, the main public insurance provider in Abu Dhabi.

Unilabs acquires a new laboratory in Portugal
Coimbralab, Laboratório de Análises Clínicas, becomes part of the Unilabs Portugal group. The company was established on 16 May 1984 and was then named Laboratório de Análises Clínicas Cruz de Celas, Lda. as it aimed to serve a narrow area in the city of Coimbra.
